This project focuses on evaluating the educational impact of adaptive Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in promoting inclusive education for students with visual disabilities at the Salesian Polytechnic University (UPS) in Guayaquil. The study addresses the identified need to improve technology access and management for people with disabilities, an area that, despite government efforts in health and social assistance (such as the Joaquín Gallegos Lara bonus and the Manuela Espejo mission), requires greater attention in education and personal autonomy. The methodology employed is mixed, combining qualitative approaches to describe the experiences of using adaptive ICTs, and quantitative methods to measure the level of utilization and the actual impact on student education. Furthermore, descriptive and documentary approaches are used.
