This project addresses the challenge faced by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in fostering the comprehensive development and research skills of their students, particularly in fields like Business Administration, where global dynamics demand versatile professionals. The initiative aligns with UNESCO's pillars for 21st-century education, utilizing a Neuroeducation approach as the pedagogical framework. The main goal is to enhance the essential competencies of future administrators by strengthening key research skills such as observation, analysis, design, and creativity. The strategy focuses on educational innovation within the classroom, prioritizing the integration of research methodologies into selected courses, including Research Methodology. The aim is for students to achieve rational regulation of their professional activities through acquired knowledge and developed research skills, preparing them to operate effectively in diverse work environments.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>To contribute to the development of research skills in Business Administration students at the Salesian Polytechnic University by implementing strategic actions based on Neuroeducation to enhance their essential professional competencies.<br/><br/><b>Research lines</b>: <br/>Didactics and alternative learning methodologies
