Description

The DECOMINDO project addresses the gap in research capabilities among primary and secondary school teachers, who struggle to generate scientific output and apply findings in the classroom. Through a quasi-experimental approach, the GIE-IDI group implements a continuous training program that integrates methods, techniques, and digital tools, including artificial intelligence and bibliographic managers. The solution proposes a comprehensive support plan ranging from needs assessment to the writing and publication of articles in indexed journals. It fosters the creation of communities of practice and inter-institutional collaboration to ensure the project's sustainability. Expected results include a measurable increase in teacher scientific production and an improvement in the quality of teaching-learning processes. With the participation of 240 beneficiaries, the project seeks to transform the educational culture into one based on evidence, strengthening the link between academic research and daily pedagogical practice.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>Develop research competencies in primary and secondary school teachers through a comprehensive training program.
