This project addresses the gap between theoretical academic training and the practical demands of the labor market in Civil Engineering. Recognizing the need for educational innovation, the research proposes an interdisciplinary approach that combines technical knowledge with community service experiences. The purpose is to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and soft skills such as leadership and teamwork. The methodology is structured in three stages: an exhaustive review of technical literature, the production of a scientific article, and the development of two specialized books on thesis processes and practical engineering applications. These actions aim to transform engineering education, preparing students to face real-world challenges responsibly. As a result, the project expects to strengthen the comprehensive preparation of future engineers, enabling them to be agents of change in their communities. The project seeks not only academic impact through publications in prestigious journals but also to contribute to sustainable development and social well-being, bridging the gap between the classroom and professional practice.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>Design and implement an interdisciplinary project that integrates theory and practice in the training of civil engineers.
