Description
This project addresses the digital transformation in Industry 4.0 through the design of environments based on immersive reality and digital twins. Given the need for more flexible and efficient systems, the research proposes a solution that integrates IoT, artificial intelligence, and automation technologies to create high-fidelity virtual replicas of physical processes. The core problem lies in the lack of connected, bidirectional models that allow for real-time synchronization between the physical and virtual worlds.
The methodology includes an exhaustive review of the state of the art, the design of bidirectional communication architectures, and the implementation of prototypes using virtual and augmented reality. The goal is to validate these solutions through experimentation in real processes, evaluating their ability to optimize decision-making, reduce operating costs, and improve production efficiency.
Expected results include the publication of scientific articles in indexed databases such as Scopus and the development of practical applications that serve as a foundation for future research and undergraduate theses.
