Description
This project focuses on developing a comprehensive training model aimed at professionals at the Salesian Polytechnic University (UPS), Guayaquil campus, to enhance their educational culture and management of Scientific-Technical Information. The initiative leverages UPS's exceptional conditions regarding technological infrastructure and learning resources. Emphasis is placed on utilizing the Virtual Environment for Cooperative Learning (AVAC) as a virtual classroom, facilitating access to support materials and promoting autonomous constructivist work through online tutoring and academic consultations. The methodology employed is the Mixed Paradigm (quantitative and qualitative), following Hernández Sampieri, to ensure data objectivity and allow for the interpretation of subject interaction within the training context. The project is supported by optimal physical resources, such as equipped classrooms, and extensive bibliographic resources, including access to international databases, to strengthen professionals' research and degree completion processes.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>The main objective is to develop a general model for training in Educational Sciences and Scientific-Technical Information.
