Description
This project addresses the issue of atmospheric pollution caused by the use of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in conventional pool heating systems, which significantly contributes to CO2 emissions and global warming. The main objective is to develop and implement a sustainable alternative through the installation of a solar heating system. The methodology involves conducting surveys with pool owners in the La Unión sector to understand local needs, estimating CO2 pollution associated with fossil fuel use, and conducting exhaustive research on applicable solar technologies. The proposed design will be validated using specialized software before its experimental deployment in a real pool setting. Finally, weekly system performance monitoring and a comprehensive technical-financial analysis will be performed. The expected impact is the reduction of the local carbon footprint and the provision of an independent and renewable energy heating solution for property owners.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>To design, construct, deploy, and monitor a solar photovoltaic system for the efficient heating of swimming pool water.<br/><br/><b>Research lines</b>: <br/>Optimization of energy and renewable energies
