Project Details

Description

This project focuses on generating a feasibility study and subsequent implementation of a robust Business Intelligence (BI) tool. The primary goal is to apply advanced data mining processes using publicly available information from the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INEC) concerning the provision of health services. The methodology involves searching, selecting, organizing, and integrating relevant information sources, followed by the analysis of messages contained within these sources. The final outcome of this research will materialize into two key deliverables: a functional data warehouse and a scientific article intended for publication in an impact journal. This effort seeks to transform raw data into actionable knowledge to enhance the understanding of the health sector.

Goal:
To execute data mining processes on the provision of health services, generating a feasibility study and subsequent implementation for a business intelligence tool.

Research lines:
Artificial intelligence and data mining
