    This project addresses the need for organizations in Guayaquil to improve decision-making and operational efficiency through the implementation of advanced technologies. Recognizing the transformative impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the trend of Big Data, the research focuses on the study and application of Artificial Intelligence algorithms. The methodological approach is mixed, combining a qualitative analysis to understand the dynamics and subjective contexts of business models, with a quantitative approach necessary for objective measurement and statistical analysis inherent to AI algorithms. The fundamental purpose is to leverage the power of Big Data and machine learning to transform large volumes of data (structured and unstructured) into actionable intelligence, enabling companies to optimize resources and enhance value creation in a globalized and technologically advanced environment.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>The primary objective is to research and apply Artificial Intelligence algorithms (machine learning, neural networks, recommendation systems) to assist organizations in Guayaquil with decision-making, aiming to maximize value creation and optimize resource management.<br/><br/><b>Research lines</b>: <br/>Data mining
