Across a broad portfolio of manufacturing, energy, and environmental engineering topics, the researcher advances: 1) robust physical-mathematical and experimental validation of heat and mass transfer models in natural drying of laterite ore; 2) Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma-driven optimization of production lines (melt-blown fabric, organic eggs) through material characterization, process redesign, and statistical analysis to reduce variability and improve throughput; 3) additive/remanufacturing and CAD/FEA-based optimization of critical components (engine valves, exhaust boxes, swing arms) to extend lifecycle, reduce costs, and enhance safety; 4) CFD/FEA-informed heat exchanger design (shell-and-tube, baffles, flow regimes) and condensation studies in DX-SAHP systems; 5) water systems optimization (rainwater harvesting, desalination condensers, pipe stress analysis) and hospital steam system energy efficiency improvements; 6) application of CFD, ANSYS Fluent, and Multivariate/MANOVA statistical methods to validate models and drive decision support. The unifying impact is a translational approach that couples experimental validation, predictive modeling, and practical deployment to improve energy efficiency, production quality, maintenance planning, and environmental sustainability in industrial and utility contexts.
