Recent research:
This body of work advances the engineering of physical systems through integrated design–analysis–validation workflows across materials, automation, and measurement technologies. The studies share a focus on enhancing performance, safety, and efficiency in mechanical and agricultural contexts by leveraging computer-aided design (SolidWorks, ANSYS Fluent), finite element analysis, and experimental validation, alongside automation and sensing innovations. One strand improves vehicle chassis resilience and vibration control for electric go-karts, combining static, dynamic, and vibrational analyses to boost safety and competition readiness. Another stream addresses agricultural production efficiency by designing a tomato classification machine to reduce labor intensity and ergonomic risk in greenhouse operations, guided by collaborative input from growers and feasibility assessment for local adoption. A third line investigates hydraulic ram pump efficiency via multiparameter simulation in ANSYS Fluent, revealing how additional impulse valves can markedly increase performance. The final study presents a precision shaft alignment device produced via 3D printing, featuring a universal interface and real-time, geometry-based alignment reporting for multi-platform use. Collectively, these works contribute to safer, more efficient, and smarter production and manufacturing processes through interdisciplinary methods that blend simulation, prototyping, sensing, and user-centered design.
