Recent research:
Across the publications, the work centers on applying artificial intelligence and data-driven methods to improve information dissemination, search, and safety in social and academic environments. The themes converge on: designing automated, template-driven social media content dissemination with personalized optimization of publication timing and content generation; identifying influential, credible news accounts on public platforms to support community security and informed discourse; deploying GPT-3 based chatbots to identify and classify university harassment, highlighting the balance between empathetic, private, and ethical interactions with human oversight; and developing a hybrid search architecture for university websites that fuses vector similarity with BM25 keyword search using a layered system (OpenAI API, Qdrant, and a logic layer) to enhance retrieval accuracy and user satisfaction. Collectively, the research demonstrates a practical integration of AI, NLP, and information retrieval to enhance interaction rate, influence assessment, safety, and access to institutional knowledge in university and regional social contexts. The impact lies in improved engagement, better source credibility, supportive student welfare tools, and efficient, user-centric information systems for academic communities.
