The body of work presents an integrated engineering portfolio focused on practical system design, optimization, and performance validation across control systems, manufacturing, materials processing, and energy systems. Collectively, the research advances SCADA-enabled water treatment and monitoring for resource-constrained environments, analyzes fluid-flow phenomena and HMI-based control in educational settings, and demonstrates cost-effective carburizing alternatives and rigorous process optimization. Additional efforts include lean manufacturing implementations to reduce waste and energy use, comprehensive heat-treatment studies to maximize surface hardness, finite-element analysis for mixing and agitation systems, and the numerical validation of solar-assisted heat pump components. Together, these studies contribute to reliable, efficiency-driven solutions in water treatment, industrial control, materials processing, and sustainable energy systems, with clear emphasis on experimental design, standards-compliant measurement, and practical applicability in industry.
