The publications converge on education as a dynamic, inclusive and dialogic space shaped by crises and cultural diversity. Across contexts in Latin America and the Caribbean, the work analyzes how youth associativity, intercultural education, and identity formation interact with governance, policy, and ethical frameworks to transform learning environments. Methodologically, the studies combine theoretical analysis with qualitative fieldwork, interviews and case studies within higher education and residential intercultural settings, highlighting the role of technology, participatory dialogue, and human rights perspectives in shaping pedagogical practice. Collectively, the research foregrounds challenges such as inequalities, school dropout, unemployment, and mental well-being while proposing integrative approaches that connect education policy, social sciences, and educational technology to foster inclusive, human-centered learning and democratic participation in post-crisis contexts.
