Research Interests

Recent research:
The researcher’s work spans education technology, digital transformation, and software engineering practices, converging on how digital tools and methodological innovations improve learning, administrative efficiency, and software performance in academic and professional settings. Across studies, there is a consistent emphasis on implementing and evaluating ICT-enabled practices to enhance teaching quality, content creation, and digital competency; exploring user acceptance and stakeholder needs in banking and notarial services during and after COVID-19; optimizing operational processes in educational and warehouse contexts through simulation, batching, and picking strategies; and examining software design practices such as encapsulation to understand its impact on performance. The integrated narrative reveals a methodological mix of quasi-experimental design, surveys and interviews, mixed-methods analysis, and simulation/ANOVA, underscoring the practical implications of technology adoption, process optimization, and measurement standards. The impact centers on actionable insights for training and upskilling, digital readiness in public and educational institutions, and evidence-based decisions to align technology implementations with user expectations and performance requirements, while acknowledging limitations and the need for further refinement in practice and configurations.
