The studies frame learning environments as dynamic systems transformed by technology, while foregrounding inclusive practices and early interventions through youth-centered, preventive education models and community oratory initiatives. Methodologically, the work combines quasi-experimental designs, qualitative analysis, and hermeneutic interpretation to evaluate training efficacy, the adoption of digital resources, and the influence of pedagogical traditions (notably Salesian and preventive education) on contemporary schooling.
