A central theme is the creation of specialized tools for early childhood development and special education, utilizing multisensory stimulation, serious games, and interactive hardware to support children with disabilities. Methodologically, the work integrates data mining and rule-based expert systems to classify attendance patterns and provide personalized educational recommendations. Furthermore, the research explores the intersection of biomedical engineering and cultural heritage, proposing culturally sensitive medical instrumentation that bridges western physiological signal acquisition—such as electrodermal activity—with ancestral Andean cosmogony.
