Recent research:
The research focuses on optimizing educational management and instructional design within higher education, specifically addressing the challenges of high-enrollment engineering courses. By analyzing the implementation of virtual learning environments, the work identifies critical bottlenecks in teacher assignment and classroom personalization that often lead to delays and inconsistencies in resource availability. To mitigate these issues, a management model is proposed that emphasizes the creation of homogeneous, pre-existing virtual classrooms. This approach utilizes collaborative teaching strategies and standardized learning resources to streamline the configuration process for faculty. Longitudinal studies conducted over several semesters demonstrate that this model significantly improves student satisfaction, with reported rates exceeding 90%, and positively impacts academic performance and retention. The findings suggest that by reducing the administrative burden on instructors, educators can redirect their efforts toward creative pedagogical development, student support, and the early identification of learners at risk, ultimately fostering a more equitable and effective learning experience in online and hybrid settings.
