Organization profile

The Research Group on Renewable Energies and Mechanical Implementation of SMEs (GIERIMP), aims to become a Salesian research group competitive at national level, through the scientific and technological production of high level contributing to the process of professional training, which are related to global trends and applicable to the national reality, thus contributing to the process of professional and human training of the Salesian conglomerate. The vision of this group is to be a group of dynamic researchers, capable of generating high level research projects that contribute to the solution of problems inherent to the community and the industry, and that also allow for the compliance with current academic-scientific norms, and that are capable of including a considerable number of students who will be the support for the research processes, through the development of degree projects in the formats of academic documents or technical projects, according to the personal interest of each one.
