The Milk Research Group (GILEC) is dedicated to addressing issues related to the entire milk value chain, from its production to the delivery of products to the final consumer. Their mission focuses on maintaining a comprehensive and multidisciplinary vision in each project they undertake, integrating experts in various areas, such as primary production, economics, environment and management of geographic information systems. GILEC promotes both a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach to studying the sustainability of the dairy chain, reflecting its commitment to holistic research and innovation in this sector.
