Perfil de la organización
El Grupo de Investigación en Electrónica, Control y Automatización (GIECA) se enfoca en fomentar un diálogo fructífero entre la ciencia y la tecnología, con el objetivo de contribuir a proyectos emblemáticos tanto en el ámbito público como privado. Su misión se centra en el desarrollo de investigaciones sostenibles que aborden problemas sociales e industriales, empleando técnicas innovadoras de control y automatización. El grupo se dedica a la creación de prototipos eficientes y al desarrollo de algoritmos y arquitecturas de control inteligente, buscando así mejorar la eficiencia y productividad en las empresas, así como proporcionar soluciones a personas con discapacidades. Esta iniciativa se alinea con el cambio de la matriz productiva que se plantea en el plan nacional de desarrollo.
