The Applied Financial and Accounting Research Group (GIFCA) of the Salesiana Polytechnic University of Ecuador has the mission of promoting research and innovation in the field of accounting and financial sciences. To achieve this, it focuses on the development of lines of research, R&D&I projects, the training of research teachers and the active participation of students, in addition to establishing connections with research networks at a national and international level. Its vision is to be recognized as an academic and business benchmark of excellence, standing out for its theoretical, methodological and practical contributions in the field of accounting and financial sciences. This comprehensive approach underscores GIFCA's commitment to quality and relevance in its area of expertise.
