Organization profile

The Educational Innovation Group in Basic and Environmental Sciences (GIEBCA) is made up of Salesian teachers and researchers who are dedicated to improving educational models at the university level, with a focus on basic and environmental sciences. Its mission is to create teaching-learning spaces that encourage scientific research and the search for truth, all in a Salesian environment that promotes the formation of "honest citizens and good Christians." Among its initiatives are the optimization of methodologies for keynote talks in various subjects, the implementation of systematic evaluations to maintain student motivation, the inclusion of English in professionalizing subjects, and the creation of a platform to make research and linkage visible in the Environmental Engineering Career.
